Student government gives students a voice in the decision-making processes that affect their school experience. It provides a structured way for students to represent their peers, address their concerns, and contribute to school improvement.


Take a moment to enjoy a glimpse of "A Walk Through Bethlehem," an event proudly organized and sponsored by our Student Government.

Purpose:
To foster relationships and provide leadership opportunities for students.
Membership Details:

Students in grades 8–12 can run for class officer positions, with elections held each September.

Each class elects:

Two (2) Class Representatives
-
One (1) Senator

Senators serve on the Executive Committee alongside the class representatives.
Requirements for Membership:

Attend monthly meetings during snack time (meeting dates will be posted on High School TV and in the Club Google Classroom).

Participate in at least two (2) in-school fundraisers.

Attend the Spring Myrtle Beach Conference, except in cases of emergency.

Adhere to the NO PASS-NO PLAY POLICY.

Maintain a disciplinary record free of administrative concerns.
Election Guidelines:

To run for Class Senator or Representative, students must create a campaign poster.
